What happens when you delete your account
- •Your personal information (name, email, login credentials) will be permanently removed.
- •Your booking history and class attendance records will be deleted.
- •Any unused pass credits will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- •Anonymised transaction records may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes.
Active passes or memberships? If you have an active membership or unexpired pass credits, please contact your studio directly before requesting deletion — refunds or cancellations are handled at the studio level.
