Can’t log in to CoreBookings?
Try these common fixes first. If you’re still stuck, get in touch and we’ll help you get back in.
Can’t remember my password or email account?
If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it from the login page by clicking ‘Forgot Password’. If you don’t have access to the email account on your login, you won’t be able to reset your password yourself.
Recently changed your login details?
Browsers often save old login details. If you’ve recently changed your email or password, clear stored passwords/autofill for the login page, then try again with your new details.
Are you a migrated user?
If your studio has recently moved to CoreBookings, your account may have been migrated incorrectly or duplicated. Contact us and we’ll sort it out.
