How long does setup take for a brand-new studio?
Most new studios are up and running within a few days. Many take their first paid booking the same day once Stripe is connected and the timetable is live — even before the physical studio opens.
Do I need a website to start taking bookings?
No. You can share a CoreBookings booking page and start accepting bookings and payments. You can also embed the timetable on a site later, or use the free booking page while you build your brand.
Is there a free trial?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime if CoreBookings isn’t the right fit.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes for online card payments. You connect your own Stripe account so payouts go straight to you. Fees are Stripe’s rates plus 1%. Clients can still book now and pay later at the studio if you allow it — including cash or EFTPOS.
Can I sell intro offers, packs and memberships from day one?
Yes. Run drop-ins, intro specials, class packs, term packages, workshops and recurring memberships from the same timetable.
Can students book a single class or a whole course?
Yes. Offer one-off classes or courses/terms (for example 8 or 10 classes) that students prepay and get booked into automatically.
Is CoreBookings an Australian company with local support?
Yes. CoreBookings is an Australian registered company with support in your timezone. New studios often talk directly to the founder — not an overseas ticket queue.
Is pricing in AUD, and do you handle GST?
Yes. Plans are priced in Australian dollars from A$59/month + GST. Invoices are GST-ready.
Can I send SMS to fill last-minute spots?
