Yes. Students and parents book and cancel online within the rules you set. You control how far ahead they can book and your cancellation window.
Can I sell term packs or full courses?
Yes. Sell a single class, a term of 8 or 10 sessions, or a full course where students prepay and are automatically enrolled into every class.
Can I manage different dance styles and levels?
Yes. CoreBookings is flexible to your timetable. Set up ballet, hip-hop, ballroom, contemporary and more with the right capacity, pricing and instructor for each class.
Can I schedule private lessons and couples classes?
Yes. Schedule private lessons, couples classes and sessions with two instructors. Set availability and let clients book online.
Can I manage studio room rentals or rehearsal spaces?

Does CoreBookings offer a waitlist for full classes?

Can I send SMS to fill last-minute spots?

Can I still take cash or card at the studio?
Yes. For online card payments you connect Stripe so payouts go straight to you. Clients can still book now and pay later at the studio if you allow it — cash or card in person.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Add multiple locations and manage instructors, class types and timetables across them in one account.
Can I migrate from Mindbody or another system?
Yes. We help you move clients, passes, memberships, remaining visits and expiry dates, and stay with you through go-live.
How long does setup take?
Most studios are up and running within a few days. Many take their first paid booking the same day once Stripe is connected and the timetable is live.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime if CoreBookings isn’t the right fit.
