Can I migrate from Mindbody?
Yes. We help you move clients, passes, memberships, remaining visits and expiry dates from Mindbody into CoreBookings, and stay with you through go-live.
Can I migrate from Momence?
Yes. Studios switching from Momence (and other booking systems) get the same migration support — we import your data and help you go live without losing client history.
How long does setup take?
Most studios are up and running within a few days. Many take their first paid booking the same day once Stripe is connected and the timetable is live.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime if CoreBookings isn’t the right fit.
Do I need Stripe?
Yes for online card payments. You connect your own Stripe account so payouts go straight to you. Fees are Stripe’s rates plus 1% — no surprise processing markups.
Can I sell workshops?
Yes. Run recurring classes, one-off workshops, courses and private sessions alongside packs and memberships — all from the same timetable.
Is CoreBookings an Australian company with local support?
Yes. CoreBookings is an Australian registered company with support in your timezone. Studios often talk directly to the founder — not an overseas ticket queue.
Is pricing in AUD, and do you handle GST?
Yes. Plans are priced in Australian dollars from A$59/month + GST. Invoices are GST-ready, so there’s no USD pricing friction or currency conversion surprises.
Can I get paid into an Australian bank account via Stripe?
Yes. You connect your own Australian Stripe account and payouts go straight to your Aussie bank account. Fees are Stripe’s rates plus 1%.
Can I run term enrolments and school-holiday workshops?
Yes. Sell term packages, courses and school-holiday workshops alongside drop-in classes and memberships — useful for studios in cities and small towns that follow the school calendar.
Can clients book now and pay later?
Yes. You can allow book-now, pay-later visits so students can reserve a spot and settle at the studio — helpful in smaller towns where people still often pay cash or card in person.
Can I send SMS to fill classes in the city?
Yes. An optional SMS marketing add-on lets you text opted-in clients about open spots, waitlist moves and last-minute classes — useful for busy city studios that need to fill the mat quickly. Prepaid credits mean you only pay for what you send. See SMS marketing.
