Not just another SaaS
Built for studios — by people who run classes
Hi, I’m Frank. I’ve been building booking software for over 25 years. I started CoreBookings because creative studio owners deserved something simpler — and someone who understands a busy Saturday when every easel and wheel needs a name on it.
We’re a small Australian team. When studios get stuck, they often talk directly to me — not a ticket queue on the other side of the world.
- 25+ years building booking software
- Australian company, Australian support
- Studios often talk directly to the founder
- No lock-in contracts

- Memberships and passes
Why studios switch
Less admin. More time creating.
Most art studio owners didn’t open a space to wrestle spreadsheets. CoreBookings handles bookings, payments and term enrolments so you can focus on teaching.
Fill workshops before you buy materials
Students book and pay online. Know your headcount before you order clay, canvases or kits for the term.
Term courses, sorted
Sell multi-week painting or pottery courses with prepaid enrolment. Students are booked into every session automatically.
Materials and add-ons
Charge for supply kits or materials with custom passes and one-off add-ons — separate from your class fee if you need to.

Why Australian studios choose us
Built here. Supported here.
Overseas platforms often mean US support hours, USD pricing friction and tools that were never designed for how Australian studios run. CoreBookings is local by default — often with the founder on the other end of the email.
- Australian registered company
- Australian support in your timezone
- GST-ready invoicing
- No currency conversions
- Australian Stripe payouts
- Talk to real people — often the founder
FAQ
Questions art studios ask before switching
Straight answers on workshops, term courses, materials fees, SMS, migration and Australian pricing.
Can clients book and cancel sessions online?
Yes. Students book and cancel online within the rules you set. You control how far ahead they can book and your cancellation window.
Can I run multi-week art courses with prepaid enrolment?
Yes. Create term courses where students prepay for the full block and are automatically booked into every session — ideal for painting or pottery programs.
Can I charge for materials or supply kits separately?
Yes. Use custom passes and one-off add-ons so you can charge for kits, clay or materials on top of your class fee if needed.
Can clients make advance bookings?
Yes. Students can book ahead within the window you set. For term courses, they prepay and are enrolled in every class in the series.
Can I automatically charge memberships?
Yes. Set up recurring memberships alongside class packs, intro offers and drop-in sessions from the same timetable.
Can I send SMS to fill last-minute workshop spots?
Yes. An optional SMS marketing add-on lets you text opted-in clients about open spots and last-minute workshops. Prepaid credits mean you only pay for what you send. See SMS marketing.
Can I still take cash or card at the studio?
Yes. For online card payments you connect Stripe so payouts go straight to you. You can also allow book-now, pay-later so students reserve a spot and settle in person.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Add multiple locations and manage instructors, class types and timetables across them in one account.
Can I migrate from another booking system?
Yes. We help you move clients, passes, memberships, remaining visits and expiry dates, and stay with you through go-live.
How long does setup take?
Most studios are up and running within a few days. Many take their first paid booking the same day once Stripe is connected and the timetable is live.
Is CoreBookings an Australian company with local support?
Yes. CoreBookings is an Australian registered company with support in your timezone. Studios often talk directly to the founder.
Is pricing in AUD, and do you handle GST?
Yes. Plans are priced in Australian dollars from A$59/month + GST. Invoices are GST-ready.
