Does CoreBookings integrate with Zoom?
CoreBookings works alongside Zoom and other streaming tools. You schedule the online class in your timetable and share the join link with booked students through confirmation emails — so only paying students get access.
Can students book a single online class or buy a series?
Yes. Offer drop-in livestreams, multi-class packs or prepaid courses. Students can book one session or buy credits to use across your online timetable.
Can I sell online-only packs that don’t work for in-person classes?
Yes. Create separate products for virtual and studio classes so an online pack can’t be used on the studio floor (and vice versa) if that’s how you price your teaching.
How do students get the class join link?
Add your Zoom or livestream URL to the class details. Booked students receive it in their confirmation email, which cuts down on last-minute “what’s the link?” messages.
Can I limit how many people join an online class?
Yes. Set a capacity for each virtual class so your Zoom room stays a size you can actually teach and cue well.
Can I run automatic billing for online memberships?
Yes. Recurring memberships bill automatically so students keep their online access without you chasing invoices each month.
