Use the Transactions report in CoreBookings to review recent sales and payments for your studio. You can search, filter by date and payment details, open Stripe receipts or invoices when available, and export the visible rows as CSV.
Open the Transactions report #
Where: Reports → Transactions
- In the left sidebar, open Reports.
- On the Reports & Analytics page, click the Transactions tile (or choose View report).

The report page is titled Transactions. Use Back to Reports at the top to return to the hub.
Search and filters #
At the top of the Activity card:
- Search transactions… — find rows by customer name or email, item (pass or membership), status, source, payment method, or payment type.
- Filters — show or hide the filter strip. A badge shows how many filters are active.
- Refresh — reload transactions from the server.
- Prev / Next — move between pages (25 rows per page).
In the filter strip you can set:
- Start date and End date — limit results to that range (dates apply after a short delay).
- Status — for example succeeded or paid, based on statuses in the loaded data.
- Source — where the sale came from, such as App checkout, Dashboard (manual), or Stripe.
- Method — payment method such as Card, Cash, Bank transfer, or EFTPOS.
Use Reset filters to clear the search and all filter values.

What each row shows #
The table lists:
- Date — when the transaction occurred.
- Customer — name and email when available.
- Item — the pass, membership, or product purchased.
- Amount — amount charged.
- Status — payment status (for example succeeded).
The badge at the top shows the total number of transactions matching the current date range before client-side search and status/source/method filters.
Transaction details, receipts, and invoices #
Click a row (or the chevron) to expand details. Depending on the payment, you may see:
- Method and Source
- Tax — tax portion when studio tax applies. Exact where stored at charge time; estimated from current settings for older rows.
- Payment type
- Receipt and Invoice links that open in Stripe when URLs are available
- Stripe reference with copy, plus optional technical IDs (payment intent, charge, invoice, subscription)
- Notes

Cash and other non-Stripe payments may not have receipt or invoice links.
Export CSV #
- Apply any search or filters you need.
- Click Export CSV.
CoreBookings downloads the currently visible (filtered) rows on this page as a CSV file. It does not export every page of results at once—adjust filters or date range if you need a broader set, then export again.
