How long in advance can my customers book classes?

By default, clients can book classes up to 28 days (4 weeks) in advance. This applies to all studios, including trial accounts. It is not a trial limitation.

If clients tell you they cannot book beyond four weeks, that is expected until you change the setting below.

Default advance booking window #

New CoreBookings studios start with Maximum Booking Days set to 28. Clients can browse and book any scheduled class within the next 28 days from today (in your studio timezone).

Classes scheduled further out than your Maximum Booking Days value may appear on your public timetable, but clients cannot complete a booking until that date falls inside the booking window.

Change Maximum Booking Days #

Where: Settings → Business

  1. Open Settings and go to Business.
  2. Scroll to the Scheduling & Policies card.
  3. Update Maximum Booking Days. Enter any value from 0 to 365.
  4. Click Save settings.

The helper text reads: How many days ahead clients can book (0–365).

  • 28 = 4 weeks ahead (default)
  • 56 = 8 weeks ahead
  • 0 = no day limit (clients can book up to 365 days ahead in the app)

Set Maximum Booking Days under Scheduling & Policies on the Business Settings page

After you save, clients can book further ahead on your public booking page, mobile app, and embedded website schedule.

Booking Cutoff and Cancellation Cutoff #

On the same Scheduling & Policies card, two related settings control how close to class time clients can act:

  • Booking Cutoff (minutes): how many minutes before class start online bookings close. Classes can still appear on the timetable, but the Book button is disabled after the cutoff.
  • Cancellation Cutoff (minutes): how many minutes before class start clients can cancel their own booking.

These settings do not change how far ahead clients can book. They only control the final window before class start.

Clients still cannot book? #

If a client still cannot book after you increase Maximum Booking Days, check:

  • You have classes scheduled on the date they want. Create or extend your class series in Class Schedule.
  • The class is not cancelled.
  • The booking cutoff has not passed for that class.
  • The client has a valid pass or membership (if required for that class type).

If the timetable itself looks empty, see My customer cannot see my timetable.
