CoreBookings uses Stripe to process client payments for passes, memberships, and card sales. When a client pays, the funds go to your connected Stripe account, then Stripe pays them out to your bank.
Short answer #
For a new Stripe account, the first payout is usually scheduled about 7 days after your first successful payment. For some industries, Stripe can take up to 14 days.
This initial waiting period cannot be waived. If you change your payout schedule or bank details during this time, those changes take effect after the first payout delay.
Why there is a waiting period #
Stripe uses the first-payout delay to reduce risk while it reviews new accounts. CoreBookings does not control this timing. It is set by Stripe for your connected account.
Until that first payout completes, you may still see successful payments in CoreBookings and in Stripe. Funds stay in Stripe until they are paid out to your bank.
What happens after the first payout #
After your first payout, later payouts follow the schedule in your Stripe account (for example daily or weekly). Settlement timing can vary by country and payment method.
For Australia, Stripe’s settlement timing for card payments is commonly about 2 business days after the charge becomes available, subject to your payout schedule and account status.
