My customer cannot see my timetable

If a client says they cannot see your class timetable, work through the checks below. In most cases they are on the wrong link, viewing a day with no classes, or using a filtered embedded schedule.

Confirm the client is on the right page #

Clients can view your timetable in three places:

  • Your Public URL from SettingsBusiness
  • An embedded schedule on your website from SettingsAdd to Website
  • The CoreBookings mobile app after searching for your studio

Where: Settings → Business

On the Business Settings page, check your Studio URL slug and Public URL. Click Copy and send that exact link to the client. The URL should look like https://app.kriya.com.au/your-studio-name.

If the client is on your own website, confirm you embedded the schedule from Add to Website and that the page finished loading. An old bookmark or an outdated embed code can point to the wrong studio or show a blank frame.

Check you have classes scheduled #

Where: Class Schedule

There is no separate publish button for your timetable. Classes appear on the public schedule as soon as they are scheduled in Class Schedule.

Check the following in your dashboard:

  • You have upcoming classes on the date the client is viewing.
  • The class is not cancelled. Cancelled classes (for example after Cancel This Class) do not appear on the public timetable.
  • Your class series has not ended for that week.

Ask the client which date they are looking at, then open the same day in Class Schedule to confirm classes are there.

Review studio settings #

Where: Settings → Business

These settings affect what clients see:

  • Timezone (under Regional Settings): if this is wrong, classes can appear on the wrong day for clients in another region.
  • Maximum Booking Days (under Scheduling & Policies): limits how far ahead clients can browse dates in the app. It does not remove classes from your website widget, but a short window can make the app schedule look empty if you have not scheduled classes within that range.
  • Studio URL slug: required for your public URL and website embed. Without a slug, Add to Website asks you to Go to Business Settings first.

SettingsClient appClass capacity visibility only controls whether clients see spots remaining. It does not hide the class list.

Widget and filter issues #

Where: Settings → Add to Website

If the timetable is embedded on your website, the client may see an empty day because of filters or navigation:

  • Clear the Teacher, Type, and Location filters on the widget.
  • Use Today, This week, or the date arrows to move to a week that has classes.
  • Day view shows No classes scheduled for this day. when that date is empty. Week view shows No classes scheduled this week.
CoreBookings Add to Website page with schedule widget preview and embed code
Preview your embedded schedule from Add to Website before sharing the page with clients

Open the Preview on Add to Website and compare it with what the client sees. If the preview shows classes but the live site does not, update the embed code on your website.

Browser and device troubleshooting #

If the link and schedule are correct but the page still looks blank, ask the client to try:

  1. Hard refresh the page (Windows: Ctrl + F5; Mac: Cmd + Shift + R).
  2. A different browser (Chrome, Safari, or Edge).
  3. A different device (phone, tablet, or laptop).
  4. Checking that JavaScript is enabled. The booking page and embedded widget need JavaScript to load the timetable.

If the client still cannot load the page, book them in manually from Class Schedule or Customers while you continue troubleshooting.

Still stuck? Contact us with your studio name, the link the client used, and a screenshot of what they see.
